- Please make sure that you describe your problem as detailed as possible. (If applicable, please describe how to reproduce the problem with a step by step list).
- If you get an error message, please tell us what the message says!

- To access the technical support forums you will have to register your CD-key under "My Games" found in the top menu of our forums.
- Your response through this ticket system may very well contain a link to a post in said forums. So make sure you are able to register your game there.
